I would think that a customer could get a dead animal removed at no cost as a customer courtesy after spending a good amount of money for tires.
I had a great experience working with James Hedgepeth at Massey. He listened to what I wanted (which they didn't have a the time) but he kept me in mind and contacted me as soon as one came in that he thought fit my somewhat confusing description....because at the time, I wasn't sure what I wanted, but I did know I wanted a comfortable sedan and great gas mileage. I am loving my used Hybrid Lexus that he called me to come look at and wanted to let everyone know about the wonderful experience there.

Called and was quoted a price for battery replacement on my Camry. Made appointment to get the battery replaced. When arrived at the dealership was told the same price as was quoted over the phone. When they had finished installing the battery brought the service bill forward and was then told I was given the wrong price, it was actually $30 more than quoted. They would not stand by their original quote and all the Service Manager said was that he was sorry and wouldn't change it. This is my eighth new vehicle purchase. At Massey, from the Sales person to the General Manager to the Finance person the entire process was different than every other purchase. Unless you want to sell your life's information to the highest bidder do not let anyone even suggest that you finance with SOUTHEASTERN TOYOTA FINANCE. I would give Massey Toyota 5 stars without hesitation if they didn't arrange financing through the most egregious finance company on the planet. If any Massey employee suggest financing with SOUTHEAST TOYOTA FINANCE run don't walk to the nearest exit. If you arrange financing elsewhere then Massey Toyota is an excellent choice.

At a time when many dealerships have chosen to sell their cars significantly above MSRP, Massey Toyota hasn’t. I contacted over a dozen Toyota and Honda Dealerships looking for a car for my daughter and James at Massey was the first to offer a reasonable price. I appreciated his up front no haggle price so much that I drove the 1.5 hours to buy from Massey. Those dealerships that chose to gouge their customers have lost my business.
